Dr. Klentos
Dr. Karen Klentos is the Medical Director at Rocklin Road Animal Hospital, bringing over two decades of dedicated veterinary experience to the team. A 2003 graduate of the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, she began her career in mixed animal practice, developing a strong foundation in both large and small animal care. She later became a successful hospital owner, where she led her team in delivering high-quality medicine while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. After many rewarding years, she sold her small animal practice and transitioned into her current leadership role, where she continues to elevate standards of care and support her veterinary team.
Known for her compassionate approach and practical expertise, Dr. Klentos is committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care to every animal she treats. Outside of the hospital, she is an avid horsewoman who enjoys life in the foothills. She spends her free time gardening, hiking, and riding the area’s beautiful trails, embracing the balance between her professional dedication and personal passions.
