| 1- | Please call the PET EMERGENCY CENTER 916-783-4655 (also called Atlantic Street Animal Hospital) located in Roseville at 1100 Atlantic Street. They are open 24 hours every day.

| 2- | Please leave a message on our answering service 916-624-8255 so that we may update your pet's record and set up a follow up appointment at Rocklin Road Animal Hospital if necessary. |
